Do you leave or remove the tongue when mounting a large mouth bass or any fish. if you remove it how do you deal with the hole it leaves.

Unless you want to cut it out and use an artificial one. When the fish dries the throat is the last to dry and the tongue will be shrunken. Just rebuild it with epoxy and paint.
