I was hoping that someone could guide me in the right direction. How do you choose the right size of eyes for mounting a squirrel. I am about to start my first attempt at mounting a squirrel. I want to try and make sure everything is anatomically correct for the animal. Any help will be appreciated.

measure the eyeorbit on the skull. This will give you the best measurement for the correct eye size. Most squirrels are right around 9 to 10 mm depending on what kind of squirrel it is and whether its and adult or juvenile.
