I am new to antler repo so just tell me if I am totaly wrong. I would like to make a nice set of non tipicel antlers that I could mount and not have to find a huge buck to make a mould out of is there a way to make horns without an original and if so is there a video or website I could use. and how much would it cost. thanks in advance.

i know WASCO or Van Dykes has a video on repos, but as far as making a set from nothing would depend on your sculpting ability,. hit the suppliers link up top and give WASCO and Van Dykes a call about the videos.
To make a set and yes you need some albilty to sculpt. You need to make a wire armature first. From there you can use a wide varity of sculpting material. Clays, epoxies like sculpt-all, all game etc...
To cast them Breakthrough Magazine has many articules on how to cast them.
