...he said that they had been double bagged since he killed them. I asked if they were frozen or fresh, and he replied fresh. However, he said he killed them on Friday evening and brought them to work today. Four days in a bag not frozen probably means they are not worth saving but not having done a raccoon yet I thought I would ask.
Is it possible they may be OK?

When does raccoon season open and if they were taken in or out of season? If they were taken legally and in season then chances are they more than likely aren't any good if they haven't been frozen. Depends on temperatue too. Heat causes bacteria which causes hair slippage. Good Luck, Dan
