Safest way and does a great job.

Degreaser

The dawn is the degreaser, not the gas. All the gas does is displace the water. Not worth the risk or the smell. I use the 360 degreaser from Authenic supply. Works better than gas, then I blow dry, I don't tumble. Works great for me. Good Luck !

with white gas. You may need them later in life. Dawn does the job just fine and as long as you clean the fat off the skin before , the skin will be fine.
Not to metion the possibilty of your shop or home catching fire and burnig down. It happens a lot. Don't keep flamable's in your shop.
