I know this is not the time of year, but are fox pups legal to possess? If so, how can you get them? Do they require paper work of any kind?

got some pretty small raccoons the first week of the trapping season here in pa....so i would think that it is possible...just depends on when they were born...if they are that small aquired legally in season, then your permit will cover them...
