I am interested in making some repoduction antlers from some of my bigger bucks. How hard are they to make and stain. Is there any good videos out there to show how.

Many times. You can get all the info from Breakthough and Taxidermy Today. How hard are they will depend on the rack shape. The more curved they are the more attachment points you'll need.
There are many different methods to do these.
