Does anyone know of a company that might have a form to fit the measurements I have here for a white tail.
6 3/4 x 17 x 51 length x 43 girth.
Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

David and George gave you good advice. I haven't been here that long but can tell you that many people looked at your post the other day and saw the advice that you had already been given and felt they had nothing constructive to add. If you want to cut the form go with Davids advice if not go with Georges. I would think the form will be shipped to you in two or three pieces anyhow and if the leanght is all that don't fit it would be pretty simple to change. I do tend to agree with George and you could shorten it some but four inches will be a good bit re-check your measurements.

I think those guys did give you some pretty good advice.Your measurements don't sound proportionate to me.A deer with that large a girth should be longer than 51".What George was trying to tell you is that most of the commercial forms are fairly proportionate and if you drastically alter those proportions, you're going to have problems. If you measure too far back on the belly,it may measure too wide as you are getting some of that skin that tucks up between thigh and belly.Things change when you actually try the skin on the form and start to put different areas of the skin in place. It looks to me like a 6 3/4"x17" inch deer would be about 54" long and 37" girth. It might be that you need to pull your hide 3-4" longer and let it be 3-4" less girth. If it were mine,I'd start with a form 54"x app.37",then try the skin and see where you need to go from there. It would be normal to have to make some fine-tune alterations for size, but 4" is too much on an animal this size and tells me something ia askew.A limp hide won't always give you exact measurements. This is where experience and a little good judgement comes in.The gentlemen trying to help you gave you the benefit of their's.Good luck.Let us know how it goes.
