Ok I have decided to take the 60 Day Tanning Course offered By the North Idaho School of Tanning to get me well trained in the art of tanning. But What kind of Documentation do I have to have to Buy skins from Locals and to cross State lines (washington to Idaho) with them and eventually resell them? Also Is it safe to Freeze a cape with the skull still intact? Because I plan on tanning and Mounting one of my steers in this springs class and I am not sure how to skin and prepare the head and Horns correctly.
