I tried my new Dakota V to flesh a deer cape tonight, it did a fine job on the cape and an even better job on my thumb! I'll survive and hopefully be wiser. :-)

I did all my own tanning one year with the Dakota V and drum etc. etc. All to save money on tanning. what a joke on me. My back went out and I had a big bill from the hospital from the deep cut; plus I fell behing on my taxidermy doing tanning! I sold all the equipment and never looked back.


Leave the tanning to the professionals

that they sell kevlar gloves? I wouldn't even think of fleshing without putting mine on!
