badger altering

I have a badger that measures 2-1\2inches on his eye to nose. But nothing else will match up on measurment for girth and lenth that I can find in Van Dykes or McKenzie. I also tried WASCO too with no luck. Does somebody have any suggestions? I would like to order a form soon.
thanks

You didn't give enough information. What are the rest of the measurements of the badger you have?

Jonas has one laying,LT paw over a ledge,2 1/2"x23"x17 1/2".Research has one front high-2 1/4"x24"x18".That one should work really well. The 1/4" difference in nose length is usually not enough to worry about if you wanted to lengthen it 1/4" you could, but I don't think you'll need to.McKenzie has some 2 1/4"x25"x19" ones.I don't think it would be too hard to remove 1"length(mid-body)and rasp or carve the girth to 18".All of these should work with a minimum of effort.remember, don't do any wacking till you try the tanned hide on the form first.Often you get a different perspective than just measuring the hide or animal.Sometimes actual form measurements vary slightly from what the catalog says.Tanned skins may let out or shrink slightly from the original size. You can sometimes save yourself some work by trying the skin first.
