Hi i have an elk skin and I heard I need pickle juice, but wat is it? And how do I make it?

It's not juice. 1 Gallon Of water, 3 oz. citric Acid, 1/2 LB salt. Per pound of skin.

Don't you mean greater than 40% >40?
