Help getting Taxidermy tools

I'm looking into starting my own taxidermy shop here soon. I recently recieved a Vocational Rehabilition Voucher to purchase taxidermy supplies and tools to start up shop. I've left messages at several taxidermy supply companies to see if they would accept such a voucher, but have not received any responses. Do any of you have any suggestions as to where else I should ask? Any of you know of any supply companies that have past experiences of working with such vouchers? WASCO is one of the companies I am still waiting for a response from.
