I just need some clarification. When skinning a bobcat to be sent out for dry tanning. Do I turn everything including the eyes just like I would on a deer and also do I aplit the tail or not. I have heard yes split the tail and no dont split it. what is the proper way to do it on a bobcat. Does anybody know how Jan Van Hoesen does it because after all she puts out some pretty outstanding mammals.
Thanks for any info

from what i understand it is best to split the tail. so that all of the tail is exposed.
