I'll say it before someone else does. It's split the lips. Click the orange search button and type in split the lips or turn ears and you will have hours of reading.
i like the sallie dahmes vhs215 from WASCO
also McKenzies has some you must get the new brush on tan video is great i cannot remember the number off hand
and the dennis behn vm1 and vm2 are also great
there are many others that are good but id start with these 4
you will get a pretty good feel for what your up against with these
also i would recommend getting some stop rot
look in the archives on this stuff
you simply must get some as a beginner
it will give you the time you need to flesh by hand
and preserve the skin from slippage
