Can some please answer me a few questions about coyote skinning and fleshing?
I have searched the orange button and could not find exactly what I was looking for. I have had some people say that I don't need to flesh coyote's, that all I have to do is get the fat off and then de-grease them. I know the skin is thin, I've tried to flesh the thin membrain with fleshing knives and beams and it just doesn't seem that I am really doing anything and I am getting a lot of holes. Can you please give me a few different options on how to do this and what tools to use or buy. I have a wire wheel that I use for birds is this an option?
Thanks for answering all my questions!

Eric, I skin split lips and turn ears, salt till dry, rehydrate, pickle 3 days, and then flesh the skin on the wire wheel. Works for me. Enjoy, Aaron H.
