Any advice on how to treat freezer burn on the nose and front lower lip on a whitetail? deer was in freezer for 2 years in a plastic bag with the nose and mouth exposed and is now hard as rock, even after thawing. I dont think i want to try to skin this before it softens up a bit. I have it soaking in water right now. Is this my best bet?

I haven't tried it yet as my order has not come in but almost everyone is saying get StopRot. go to orange search button to left and enter that in space in next window.
I just did a bobcat like that. Inject it in lips and any place you can stick a needle and I think it will ok. Jeff
