Four circumferences. Even if it was a spike it would get 4 measurements on each side.

Look at this.

It might help if you don't already have it. Peace. C&P http://www.boone-crockett.org/bgRecords/bc_scoring_typwhitetail.asp?area=bgRecords&type=Typical+Whitetail+Deer

H-1 is the smalest place between the base, and G-1, H-2 is the smallest place between G-1 and G-2, H-3 is the smallest place between G-2 and G-3, H-4 is the smalest place between G-3 and G-4. If the antlers have no G-4 then it is taken half way betewwn G-3 and the tip of the main beam. Now eaplain where you are to find all those Gs on a spike.

Spike

A HUNTERS GUIDE TO MEASURING WHITETAIL DEER a publication of the Pope and Young club. Quote....All antlers which are measured must have four circumference measurements taken. Even a spike buck would have four circumferences; in the case of a spike the circumference would be taken halfway between the base and the tip of the point. This measurement would be entered in all four "H" measurements.
