Question on airbrush

I have been loking for a used airbrush and came upon this on

Paint

This is a detail brush with a small paint resevoir on the top of the body of the brush between the tip and the finger lever. I have an Iwata HP-A with a similar paint resevoir. I use it only when doing touch ups and small jobs, strictly detailing when very little paint is needed.

So not good?

SO this would not be a good one for doing deer?
