I just added four pages to Critics' Corner on hidetanning.net. A gaggle of old folks have submitted photos of mounts that they would like critiqued.
We have:
An ermine-Jennifer
A first whitetail shoulder mount-Ron and Linda
A striped marlin-Kevin
A first coyote-Judi
We all wonder as to what the work of others' looks like when we see their responses to posts here on the Forums. This turns things around and shows what the works of those that have followed these posts looks like.
Here is a quote from the e-mail that I received from Judi Bojanowski along with her photos for her critique for her first coyote mount:
"I've learned everything I know about taxidermy to date from reading web sites such as this one and Taxidermy.net forums. I also picked up a complete set of the Breakthrough manuals on E-bay for a good price."
Don't quit on us now, write some critiques!

Thanks a million Glen for posting my pictures and rallying the troops for their help. I can't tell you all how much I love reading this forum and others like it such as Glens. I want to let everyone know how valued these sites are to people like me. I've obtained so much information on here it's amazing. There have been many a time I've sat up till the wee hours of the evening reading and absorbing what I can, then I try to put all that information into my next mount.
I look forward to any and all comments about my first coyote so I can improve on what I've learned to this point. Thanks to all.
