I have been asking and have not heard if you can or can't and if it will work or not. So i will try again. Does anyone know if you can line the inside of a pressure tanner with rhino tuff or that type of bed liner to reline the inside of a pressure tanner.
Thanks for any ideas.

I sure dont know. Id suggest asking the guy who makes the thing, for starters. I hope it works for you!

Chad what your asking in my opinion is not easy

i dont think the rhino idea is a good one
but maybe a stainless liner would last a while
but you wood have to find a fabrication shop to shar, roll, and weld it for you
i bet that would not be cost effective
and not just any type of stainless is goint to work
i believe it will have to be t316l
a very costly type

I did line my auto tanner with rino linner, and I did my new one that got here and the inside appoxy pealed off too.
The manufactor of the autotanner first told me that he would replace the tank, which I thought was only appropriate as I spent a lot of money on it, then he changed his mind and offered only to send me some appoxy to recoat the inside, then he crapped out and never even sent that. I personally would never buy another thing from him.
I will have a welder make my own stuff from now on and coat the inside my self.
Oh and by the way, it worked great and has remained in place longer than the original coating that I have on the little autotanner, and looks still new on the bg autotanner

Thanks for the info!

bought one after a couple years lining coming off in seams and corners, sealed corners, welded ends with a layer of apoxy sculpt, ended the cracking and peeling edges, still holding great,I think most tuff synthetic couatings that will adher would probrably work , good luck . Todd
