Is thinner than modge podge. it would probably work, but would be runny, and you would have to apply it several times.
Hope this helps.
I apply a thin layer of modge podge over the entire nose and wait until it gets tacky. Then dot it on with a really small tip paintbrush. It will probably work with elmers glue. Maybe pour some glue on a paper plate and let it thicken a tad. Just a suggestion. Try it and let us know.
that Cary Cochran won the National with a number of years ago had an Elmer's Glue nose. It really can make nice nodules (nice nodules, I've GOT to start getting out more).
Liner brushes gives you the control over runny stuff. The Plaid line of artists' brushes offers a couple of liners that don't break the bank when you buy them. You should be able to find them at Wally World.
On another note, the mount that I wrote about above is the same one that Cary made the papillae for, one at a time, out of 2 part epoxy.
glen, that was too funny...the nice nodule thing...thanx for the laugh...eric
Lou Gagliano also has won numerous events including Worlds with mod podge. He is my teacher and just uses mod podge and a hat pin or tooth pic. He just did a seminar in Michigan on mounting a white tail. I use that method and it works great. I just put a blob on a paper plate wait a few min til it gets tacky and bingo! Hope this helps...
