I ordered a form for a 1/2 bear walking and looking to the right, but received it looking to the left?Its the only one they have with my measurments.
Is it possible to cut the neck in 2 places and turn the head,using the cut piece in reverse?
If any sugg, thanks and is there a book on this type of stuff or an issue in Taxidermt Today?

Last issue had a great article by Jason Snowberger on altering forms. Also I think Glen Connely has some alterations on his website. You have the right idea. That's how but it mat take a little more than 2 cuts depending on how much of a turn your form has and how far you want it to turn. You really should look at subscribing to TT and Breakthrough. I read that article by Jason Snowberger, it was a good piece about making the form larger or smaller. But I think he could have wrote some about turns, maybe I skipped over that part but I didnt see anything in the article about turning forms. But Kim, you and Greg was right you do have to cut it and reverse the pieces, just depends how much turn you need for how many pieces to cut, There was an article I think in TT abotu changing the turn on a deer mount, the guy was mounting them fighting, I cant remember which issue it was though.
