Well, I "sticking" with the Ear Magic (get it?). I tried some of the tips that you all shared and I must say the last two deer I did with it turned out pretty decent. Paul - The turning the ear inside out and spreading it like "butter" on the cartilage seemed to do the trick. I was able to get the stuff thinner and more evenly spread than just dropping it in the ear and pushing it forward like you would do with bondo.
Since it was thinner the product did not seem to set up quite as fast so I had a little more time to work with it before it set good and hard.
