I purchased a black bear cape in March. It was placed in the mail on Monday & received on Friday, shipped green frozen not salted. Yep, you can see this one coming. I took it out of the freezer today & hair will easily slip out in spots. Went on and turned the lips, nose & ears; fleshed & heavily salted. Any advise at this point? Thanks.

you've probably lost it though
you should have skinned it and used stop rot then, right when you received it. I would say you would be lucky to salvage a small portion of the skin now.
