In the state of Pennsylvania is it legal to purchase fur bearing animals in the raw or tanned without a commercial fur traders license?

Is contact Harrisburg PGG and they will explain the law better to you than any of us. Don't place a call to your local CO call the big guy.

Thanks for the response. I have tried to get a response from the big guy for two months now. They don't seem to know the answer to my question either. Will keep trying!
