I'm making a 2 headed calf but the forms are crazy expensive..would it be possible for me to modify a fawn form to work?
thanks

Cows...

Calves and fawns are two totally different sizes. In my opinion you would be better to start with a chunk of foam instead of a fawn form... It would be closer and need less modification.

Just my two cents about cattle.

Maybe one of the resident experts will tell you some other method.

Carcass

Carcass cast the 2-headed calf once you have it skinned out.
Then you KNOW it will fit.
Unless you do not shave the skin and it shrinks on you.
Carcass casting is the way to go for unique animals like this.
You could also freeze-dry it if it's little enough.

the form from Jonas is too expensive for me..im a college student and this is just for fun, I cant cast the carcass because I dont have it! i'm not making this from a 2 headed calf carcass, im making it from 2 1 headed calves. is modifying a fawn a totally bad idea? would i really be better off starting from scratch with a hunk of foam?
thats very daunting!

A fawn is not going to work at all, it's not going to be any where near what you need. I raise cattle and have raised bottle fed fawns, there is a HUGE difference. It probably would be alot easier to just buy a piece of foam and try and carve your own. I know how it is not being able to afford things but a fawn won't work, know way in h-e-double hockey sticks.
