I was wondering if you can refreeze a fish in between skinning it and fleshing it?I just skinned a walleye and I do not have time to flesh it right away.

No problem ...I have had to do that more than a few times...I just put the fish skin in a ziplock bag partially filled with water (to cover the skin)and popped it back in the freezer. You can also wrap it in a wet towel then put it in a plastic bag and freeze if its a larger fish skin. Once ready to flesh, take it out thaw and a way you go...
