I am very concerned about the ears, they are soooooo thin, any tips. He was hit in front of my house this morning, I want to get as much work done on him as possible today. Do fox need to be degreased before salting?

just be careful with the ears. Don't worry about turning them right out to the very edges until after tanning. Just turn them and get em close. Degreasing is done after the pickle, prior to the tan.
