could anyone tell me how to make a tumbler. I do alot of animal rugs and would like them to be pliable and soft instead of being so stiff.

Has good plans for a tumbler
for the use you are suggesting needs to be AT LEAST 6' in diameter
I don't bother with a tumbler. I picked up a washing machine along the road someone was giving away and i just use the spin cycle on it. It does the same as a tumbler and the hides come out great.
