Casting earliners

I was thinking of casting my own earliners but would like some more info on it. I was thinking of making the mold out of alginate but what would I make the actual earliner out of? I don't want to use the cloth method. I read every thing I could find in the archives but didn't really understand it all. Will alginate work ok? I know it's only good for one casting, would plaster of paris work better? Or will it stick to the ear? Thanks

Use the algenate to cast your "master" cast it in thinned bonbo/resin mix. Then make a rubber mold(por-a-mold) and that will be good for many, many cast.
