Stinky Coyote Hides

Submitted by Suzanne on 8/20/06 at 11:56 AM. ( boardman@ameritech.net ) 69.222.55.194

Good Morning! My husband recently had two coyote hides tanned, but they smell so bad, that he can't even bring them in the house. I have kept them outside hoping to "air" them out, but the smell has not gone away. Is there any product that can help? Or is he going to just have to "cut his losses". Appreciate the advice.

on the smell, some people do not like the tannery smell, if its another smell the person who tanned it screwed up. contant whoever did it for you and ask them what to do.
