All these names...errrggg...what is the best kind of eye for the realizm?
I want to know what the best eyes to use for show mounts is.

Epply True Eyes, but you have to change your thinking about how you mount and clean an eye. They are not glass and not as forgiving, but their quality is exceptional for competitions. Just my opinion.
I really like the Meder IQ eyes from Tohickon, they are of exceptional quality and are glass. I use the 34mm instead of 32mm so I have enough brown to work with. I have never tried the Tru eyes but I have read they are good but are easily damaged if not handled properly.
For fish - commercial mounts I use Flex-eyes pretty much exclusively. Just my preference...
