a water trap

check to see if your compressor has oil in the tank, as long as it doesn't have any oil in the tank then all you need is a water trap to put in your air line.

Use a separater.

A quality searater cost abour $70.00 these will separate both oil and water. I like to use a throw away filter at the small hose connection. these are about $3.00 at the auto paint store. Then as a additional measure I use a PASCHE' moisture trap available from WASCO. I know this seems and sounds like a OVERKILL, but I have NEVER had any oil or water problems using this method. Even with high humidity. I was shown this many years ago by a body and paint man. It still works for me. Good luck John C

thank you very much
