In the state of Washington, what are the legalities of me practicing taxidermy as a hobby or hopefully in the future being able to enter some competitions?
Do I need a license? What about buying capes and furs from tanneries or other taxidermists? Can I legally ship my capes to a tannery to be tanned? Will the tanneries accept non-professionals? Will the Wholesale Rug people do a rug for a non-professional?
