Bob contact us here at Knoblochs for different proceedures
to tan your skins thats easier. This subject has been covered
a few times on our tanning posting scroll down it and check it
out. Some like some don't but you will have that. The difference
is that one tans and one just preserves. Their can be some
difficulties with dry preserving. I can go through all of the
proceedures but will take a while so you would be better off,
by getting our Free technical book and that way you will always
have it. Get me your address and I will get one to you. You
may also go to my web site and it will have all of the info
you will need as well, at www.Knoblochs.com

I think what you are looking for can be found by sending your hides to a reliable tannery. I don't want to spend a whole page listing the pros and cons of commercial tanneries but, suffice it to say you would not have to buy anything in order to do this. I send everything out but small mammals in my business and encourage all beginners to do it also. That's just my opinion but I'll stand by it anytime.

Dear Bob, Get a hold of Bruce Rittel. He has the fastest and best tanning methods on the market today. I have been using Rittels ez-100 and kwik n-ez tans for 4 years now and have no complaints at all. His safetee acid is a very good and safe method for pickling. His e-mail is Rittel@ici.net. He also has a new online oredering system. Good Luck, Mark
