I'm thinking of using a wheel grinder to make a flesher . Any suggestions on what size I need (rpms) horse power etc. Also how to mount to wall

What are you fleshing ? Birds or small mammals or bigger
If your not sure, look in catologs and they will tell you what rpms are on certain motors
