I am using Hydrogen Peroxide for the first time to whiten skulls and
just wondered how many times it can be used before it wears out?

Chemistry class should have been a whole lot more recent for you than it is for me, but if I recall, H2O2 is an unstable liquid that quickly loses one atom of oxygen to the atmosphere and becomes plain water. That's why it is sold in a brown plastic bottle and should be stored in a cool dark place.
