When skinning deer feet do you remove the last knuckle at the toe. It seems to be difficult to get all the way down to remove the last knuckle. Thanks for your response.

Yes you do need to remove everything. I split the hide all the way down between the toes, and when I get it shinned past where the toes seperate,I cut one of the toes free at the first joint. That allows you to spread the toes apart. I use fish shears to get in around the end of the toes and cut all of the tendons.
