Hello !
If I would like to produce fishblanks,what is the best material for moldmaking, when many blanks should be made?
Is fiberglass resin the common material for fishblanks? Or are there better things to use?
If fiberglass is the best material for the blanks, do I have to use gelcoat first?
Very greatfull for some help.

Silicone is the best for getting the best detail and over use of the mold.
As for resins it a matter of choice. Many products with pros-and cons.
Also get a good book and vedio and read and study on how to do it. It can be very costly.
