If you send a customer to your competition, and they do a good job, they have a new customer for life. If you know a reliable taxidermist who's really good, accept everything, then sub-contract it to them. You'll keep your customer. I do that with fish, and tell my customers that I don't do fish, but I use an associate who they'll be very happy with. Stay honest. Keep it legal (no bald eagles), and always be professional.
