Do the Europeans leave the teeth on the skull, remove them,
or cut off part of the skull? If cut off, about where?

I was in Europe for five years 87 - 92 teeth were left in unless it was a half skull mount, on antlered game. Full skull on Badgers, fox, martins and such.
