I am thinking of tanning a beaver pelt and am wondering what taning kit would work best for it? I am going to use the pelt to throw over a couch or something like that. What kind of tools will I need to finish it off? Is this an ok project to work on or should I try and optain something else? Finally, what can you compare tanning to (ex.fish, bird, ect.)? Sorry for all the questions, and thanks for all that you gruys have done for me. Cody

Cody - if you prefer tanning that Beaver as a washable, soft skin, then I'd recommend using our RITTEL'S EZ-2000 Kit! It has the Saftee Acid, EZ-100 Tanning Agent, and our new ProPlus Tanning Oil. WASCO stocks it in their catalog - and its very versatile. It would do an excellent job on your light furs. For Beaver, I also suggest degreasing it after its been pickled 3 days.
