i was just wondering what is the best way to tan deer hides with not spending a lot of money? any help will be great. thanks

Learn to brain tan skins. Go to www.braintan.com, www.hollowtop.com and www.teleport.com/~roadkill to find out all about it. I've been doing it for years and if you want good leather for yourself, this is the only way to go.
