0% flour, for starters. Some like to use potters clay. one of you old timers help me out, I usually orders PM 55 from Bobs Taxidermy in Johnstown NY.

There one in h&e I posted a few weeks ago, you can adjust the plaster for a faster set. It dies work and makes great rocks when dabbed with a sponge for texture. John C

LM Bass prep

I'm planning on mounting my 1st Bass(have done other fish before) and wondered if it is alright to soak the skin in acetone to degrease and if so, for how long? Should I wash in water and detergent after ? Thanks for the help PS The forum is the best thing ever!
