I would like to learn how to do a skull mount The one method that i
have heard of cleaned the skull of it's flesh by having beetle eat the
the skull clean in a beetle box.My question is
1) What kind of beetles are they??
2) Where can i acquire them??
3) What kind of bleaching solution is used??

As we say quite often on this forum, check the past listings first. Try the wanted to buy category and look for "looking for flesh eating beatles" I think he means beetles, though. Good luck and read some older postings when you can, there's some good ones, and it keeps it from getting too repititious.

They are dermestid beetles. Check www.skulltaxidermy.com
They have a starter kit available and could give you more info.
The best place to obtain Dermestid beetles is Mother Nautre, just place a skull outside for a while in a place you feel comfortable and cover the skull with something that would keep other critters away from it, then collect the skull in a day and place it in an aquarium that has some sort of cotton, (not cotton balls, this will cut the mandibles of the beetles and ultimately lead to their demise) Then all you have to do is maintan a degree of temp of 80 in the tank and mist them once a day.
