One of the best ways to get started on the right track is to join your state taxidermy association. This time of the year is when alot of states have their competitions and conventions, which usually include some good seminars. In my opinion, at least in my home state, I feel that these conventions are a great learning tool for beginners and professionals alike, show attendance sometimes makes me think not everyone shares my opinion. Beleive me, the money spent on dues and registration is very well spent if you truly want to learn taxidermy.
Thanks, Paul
