This small mag has only black and white photos inside, but spectacular color covers front and back. The book is dedicated to raising all types of game birds, including ducks. There is a ten or so page section towards the back that lists breeders with for sale birds. I've seen just about every legal birds advertised for sale. There is a catch - of course.....most of these breeders do not like to sell to taxidermists because we are "destroying the birds. I use two approaches; first - I contact every one of them by mail, phone or net asking if the save their birds that die naturally. If so would they donate them to me or sell them to me at a reduced price. If they are at all receptive to this - I ask outright if they would sell me a live prime bird. Herein lies the catch - we need mature - full winged - prime birds for mounting. Be honest - when you specify this you just gave it away that you are a taxidermist. I can give you a couple of sources if you want. Prime ducks are VERY hard to get. That is why I've just given up and set up a facility to finish out ducks I want for mounting. I can buy very young ducks and raise them to perfect plumage.
sorry i have no idea thank you.
