If you used potter's clay of some sort to set the eyes, it's an easy fix. Apply some plain water to the eye with a small brush and let it go under the eyelids. It won't take much. Add a little at a time. After a couple of minutes, slide a large pin or adjusting needle around under the eyelid until it is loose. Pop out the old eyes, moisten the clay where they were, and install the new ones. Position the eyelids and you're done. It's really very quick and easy.
Now, if you used epoxy putty to set the eyes ... I have no idea.

If some of the clay turns muddy and gets on the feathers, don't panic. It will brush out easily when it dries. If you have sculpted a little "brow" over your goose's eyes you might have to dig that clay out and slip a little bit in to replace it.
