I live in California and I was wondering where do i get formaldehide and is it even legal in this screwed up state. I havent really looked in to it much but I have heard that it is somewhat difficult to get a hold of. Thanks in advance...

Check your regular drug store, they will know if its legal. I dont know why but on some of this stuff druggist knows.
if you are useing it for birds and you need to kill them there is anothe way.grasp it right under its wings and squzze for a while that will cut off the birds air supply.
